Business Development Executive

We are inviting candidates who have Quantity Surveyor (QS) or Engineering background to join us at The Business Development Department:

Job Scope :

1) Direct report to the Business Development Manager.

2) Increase minimum sales volume per month.

3) Dealing with client in term of work progress, variation order, additional work, complains, etc.

4) Follow up with exiting clients in term of new project or additional work.

5) Dealing with operation department on the work progress.

6) Dealing with sub contractor on the project work progress.

7) Report to Business Development Manager on all ongoing projects.

8) Attend daily enquiry.

9) Prepare the tender and quotation.

Qualification:

1) Min. diploma or degree holder.

2) QS or Engineering background in Construction Industry.

3) Min. 2 yrs experience in civil engineering industry.
