Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost estimates for transportation and logistics services to support competitive bidding
Analyze client requirements and perform cost calculations to ensure profitable pricing
Manage contract variations (e.g., changes in delivery scope, routes, or volume), billing adjustments, and final account reconciliation
Monitor operational costs and budgets to ensure services are delivered within agreed financial targets
Liaise with clients on service performance, delivery schedules, additional requirements, and contract-related matters
Follow up with existing clients to identify opportunities for contract renewal, service expansion, and new business
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics services
Support business development initiatives by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth
