Business Development Executive

A leading real estate organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of their property portfolio and strengthen relationships across the local brokerage market. This is a highly relationship-focused role, responsible for developing strong connections with real estate agencies, introducing agents to new and existing projects, and ensuring broker partners have the knowledge and confidence required to effectively promote developments. The successful candidate will spend significant time engaging with agencies across Abu Dhabi, delivering project presentations, coordinating broker visits and acting as a key point of contact within the real estate community.

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience within the Abu Dhabi property market, ideally gained within a developer environment or with an organisation that works closely with broker networks. You will be confident presenting to groups, building professional relationships and creating strong engagement with external stakeholders. A strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
