Responsibility

1. Sourcing & Selection of new IVF agency partners, business partners and customers

2. Maintaining existing IVF agency partners, business partners and customers

3. Creating a clear marketing strategy that encompasses domestic & international marketing segments.

4. Developing the company's mid to long term strategic and annual business plans.

5. Keeping up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business.

6. Researching and getting real-time insights into Market Trends

7. Establish marketing and business performance dashboards.

Qualification

1. Male / Female 30-45 years old

2. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant field

3. At least 5 years working experiences in marketing or business development Professional Qualifications

1. Excellent presentation skills

2. Initiative and critical thinking

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Addition marketing certifications are a plus

6. Agency Connections and Agency Owner are a must***
