Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telesales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Candidates from hotel, travel, hospitality, SaaS, or B2B sales backgrounds will be preferred.
