Opportunity:
We are looking for motivated Fresh Saudi Graduates from Business Administration
faculties of top universities to join for an internship opportunity within our Commercial Strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and administrative inputs for proposal submissions.
- Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proposal records, sales pipeline data, and CRM information.
- Conduct market, client, competitor, and procurement research to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor procurement portals and tender platforms for new opportunities and updates.
- Assist with vendor registrations, supplier prequalification, and the preparation of submission and compliance documentation.
- Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, credentials, and other business development materials.
- Update CRM records, including client information, contacts, and opportunity status.
- Prepare business development reports and proposal performance summaries.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, follow-ups, and action items throughout the proposal process.
- Perform ad hoc research and administrative tasks to support business development and proposal management activities.
