Business Development
You will drive sales vision, strategy, and results through your own activity and the sales function. You will convert the sales funnel into commercial success, refine market and product positioning, create presentation decks and messaging, and help attract users of DeFi and crypto-asset security products. You will advise on marketing campaigns and take part in strategy sessions with the Founder and executives to maintain focus and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales vision, strategy, and results through personal and team sales activity.
- Convert the sales funnel into commercial success.
- Improve results from the growing sales function.
- Support strategies to attract users who need to monitor and secure DeFi applications and crypto assets.
- Refine market and product strategy, including presentation decks and messaging.
- Advise the marketing team on campaign ideation, development, and execution.
- Participate in strategy sessions with the Founder and executives to maintain focus and milestones.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of partnerships or business development experience, including at least 2 years at a software or technology company.
- Understand fintech and Web3 culture.
- Have experience recruiting, coaching, and building early-stage teams.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with teams, leadership, and partners.
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving ability.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Have 1+ years of leadership and team management experience.
- Understand digital currencies and digital assets.
- Know international payments.
- Have insight into commodities, currencies, or Bitcoin.
