This role is being hired across four locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.
Meet the team:
Join our dynamic Dexcom team and help transform diabetes management across India through innovative Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology. As the Business Development Lead – India, you will play a pivotal role in driving market awareness, customer adoption, and business growth for Dexcom's CGM solutions across primary care, diabetes specialists, healthcare institutions, and allied healthcare professionals.
This position is responsible for developing and executing market development strategies that expand Dexcom's presence and accelerate CGM adoption across the Indian healthcare landscape. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, channel partners, and other stakeholders to increase patient access to Dexcom technologies.

Market Development & Growth
- Drive territory growth and CGM adoption across healthcare providers and institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Dexcom’s market presence.
- Achieve territory KPIs, and market share objectives
- Ensure health and hygiene of demand fulfilment on the shelves, channel management & product availability
Healthcare Professional Engagement
- Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, physicians, diabetes educators, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
- Promote Dexcom CGM through clinical discussions, education, and product demonstrations.
- Support integration of CGM technology into routine patient care.
- Deliver product training, workshops, webinars, and onboarding support.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clinical, product, and technical expertise.
Marketing & Business Operations
- Manage strategic accounts, KOLs, hospitals, and diabetes centers.
- Develop account plans to strengthen partnerships and improve patient access.
- Foster loyalty & Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support and issue resolution.
- Represent Dexcom at conferences, workshops, and scientific events.
- Execute marketing initiatives, track territory performance, and analyze market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and business reports.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Education, Patient Support, and Operations teams.
- Share market insights and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
What makes you successful:
- You will be successful in this role if you can excel in the traits of business development, customer relationship management, market expansion, channel partner engagement, and operational excellence within the assigned territory by strengthening Dexcom's market position with strict adherence to company compliance policies, industry standards, and applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- You are expected to have a Batchlor degree in science / engineering / pharmacy / biomedical engineering and a relevant experience of 10-15 years
- You must have hands-on experience in relevant cardio-metabolic / diabetology market in India leading initiatives to enhance healthcare professional education, patient awareness campaigns, new product launch & adoption strategies. You must be adaptable to work as individual contributor, across different geographies with necessary traveling within a month and think out of the box.
- Your experience in CGM business and experience in Medtech space will be a good add-on in your candidature.
