Business Development Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Manage, update, and maintain the global pricing database
• Facilitate the completion of Global Air and Ocean RFQ’s
• Manage, update, and maintain the Global Marketing database
• Support all Global Sales Team members with pricing inquiries
• Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members
• Manage, update, and maintain the Corporate Sales and Marketing SharePoint site
• Facilitate and support the corporate branding initiatives globally.
• Other duties as assigned

Other Skills/Abilities

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Mastery of Microsoft Word
• Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5- 7 years of RFQ Management required
• 3-5 years of Pricing Database Management required
• Minimum 5 years of Global Airfreight and Ocean Freight Pricing experience required
• Oil, Gas, Energy logistics proposal experience preferred
• 3-5 years statistical analysis experience

Certifications and Licenses

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
