We are a beer distribution company locating in Singapore. We are expanding our footprint in the region and seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive our growth.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a experience Regional Business Development Manager to identify and capitalize on business opportunities outside of Singapore. Candidate must have hands-on experience in the regional beer business, deep knowledge of overseas markets, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and execute business strategies to expand our brand presence in regional markets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
5. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to secure new business deals.


*Requirements:*

1. Min3imum years of experience in regional beer business development, sales, or marketing.
2. Deep knowledge of the beer industry in overseas markets, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
3. Proven track record of driving business growth and securing new deals in regional markets.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
