Business Development Manager - PrimaVerse

Control Point Associates, Inc., a member of the CPAM Global family of companies, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support PrimaVerse, a fellow CPAM Global company.

This role will focus on growing PrimaVerse's presence in the U.S. market by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the business development process from initial outreach through close. The ideal candidate is a motivated relationship-builder who is comfortable generating new opportunities, developing a pipeline, and helping establish long-term, recurring client relationships.


Essential Functions:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the US AEC market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, networking, and client meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the offshore delivery team to develop solutions.
  • Support proposal development and coordinate pricing and contract documentation with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity within the CRM(NetSuite)
  • Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
  • Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities with existing clients.
  • Meet established revenue and business development goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required
  • Business development or technical sales experience.
  • Experience selling to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry.

Preferred
  • Experience selling CAD, BIM, Revit, engineering, or technical support services.
  • Existing relationships within the US AEC market
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably NetSuite.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
  • This role is primarily office-based with periodic travel for client meetings and industry events. Frequent virtual collaboration with offshore teams in India may be needed and occasional meetings outside standard business hours to accommodate time zone differences.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000 PLUS 3% commission on collected revenue from new business the employee originates.
