Business Development Manager-Qld
Point
Care is an NDIS service provider with operations spanning the
QLD coast seeking the services of an experienced Business
Development Manager (BDM) to augment rapid growth of the
companies service offering. The BDM will report directly
to the CEO, thereby narrowing approval processes and
expediting growth. The successful applicant will be responsible
for achieving revenue and growth goals through sales and
marketing management, developing building, and strengthening
long-term relationships with clients and referral
sources, and by identifying and driving new
business opportunities. The BDM will be responsible
for the development and implementation of a business
development strategy, including sales activity,
developing partnerships, public relations, and online
activities, promoting Point Care and its services. T
his
position will play a pivotal role in guardianship of
the ‘brand’ ensuring the company image is promoted to the
community, and reflects the high level of service
provided by the organization. The role will
lead by example affirming Point Care’s commitment to a
customer focused culture, representing the
organization at all levels and ensuring client
satisfaction is prioritized for the organization. The BDM will
develop systems to measure and report on the
effectiveness of marketing programs. Providing
education and coaching on local relationship management
processes for Client Service
Managers.

CEO, Directors, Performance and Compliance Officer,
Asset Officer, HR, Client Service Managers other allied
health team members.
Requirements

Educational background: Business, Marketing or
commerce related Grad Dip or Bachelors
Degree.

Experience: Sales and marketing, Business
Development in NDIS or related industry.

Skills: Strong communication skills,
refined relationship management skills, planning and
executing, reporting.

Knowledge: NDIS, Aged Care, or related industry
