Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Riyadh’s giga-projects sector. The ideal candidate will leverage advisory expertise, market intelligence, and strategic communication to secure new B2B opportunities, manage high-value bids and proposals, and foster long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Riyadh’s giga-projects landscape
• Develop and manage end-to-end bid processes, including proposal writing and submission
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Perform business and data analysis to evaluate project feasibility and ROI
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through strategic communication and advisory support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling presentations and marketing materials
• Design and execute B2B marketing strategies, including content creation and SEO analysis
• Monitor bid outcomes and client feedback to refine business development approaches
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of business development experience, with proven success in advisory services and giga-projects
• Demonstrated expertise in bid management, proposal writing, and client management
• Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, business analysis, and data analysis
• Excellent strategic communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in SEO analysis and content creation to support marketing initiatives
• Experience designing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Bid Management
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market regulations and procurement processes
• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Established network within the Riyadh giga-projects community
• Prior experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
