KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, healthcare stakeholders,and referral networks.
- Lead,coach, and inspire the Business Development team to achieve performance goals.
- Drive patient acquisition initiatives and strengthen referral channels.
- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and clinic operations teams to successfully implement growth initiatives.
- Analyse business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all initiatives align with our brand values and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to translate opportunities into results.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-related industries will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
