Brief of job profile:
We are looking for advertising and marketing account directors/business managers who will combine traditional roles of Client Servicing and Account Planning. The key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality marketing communication and advertising
- Managing multiple clients and ensure long-term relationship
- Managing project managers, copy writers and designers who will be part of the same team
- Ensuring quality of creative, and maintain timelines
- Working out client strategy and new solutions based on identified need
The Business Manager would report to the Business Head, and be part of a team of about 10-15 people. The team will include other design and copy specialists as well.

Experience required for the job:
- 4-6 years in the field of marketing or advertising Flair for entrepreneurship and manage clients independently if given the financial autonomy
- Sound understanding of Business and ability to provide business solutions to clients across media and even across communication channels
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand communication and Conversant with most media vehicles
- Ability to quickly grasp the business in any field, whether technology, finance or even an NGO
- Capable of managing people in a culturally transparent environment
