Business Operations
You will manage people operations from onboarding through offboarding, administer HR systems, organize team offsites, prepare board materials, support investor communications, review contracts, coordinate document signing, manage vendors and partners, and maintain corporate administration. You will work across sensitive processes, identify risks, and automate repetitive operational work.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, accounts, equipment, and inventory
- Process employment contracts, salary increases, option grants, and compensation changes
- Administer the HRIS and related people operations systems
- Organize team offsites, including venues, travel, logistics, and agendas
- Manage physical office spaces and related documentation
- Organize board meetings, materials, notes, and follow-ups
- Prepare board updates and manage corporate administration
- Handle investor document requests and ongoing communications
- Review vendor and partner contracts for commercial risks
- Manage document signing and stakeholder alignment
- Manage reporting requirements for banking and infrastructure partners
- Run communications with vendors and partners
- Automate repetitive operational work
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, corporate administration, or legal operations at a high-growth startup
- Experience running high-stakes board cycles, contract workflows, and people paperwork
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Contract fluency sufficient to identify commercially important issues and know when to involve legal counsel
- Ability to automate repetitive work using AI
- Comfort operating across time zones with a global team
