Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst will evaluate, measure, document, and monitor business processes. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated test plans/models along with executing these processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop/implement solutions
  • Develop test plans and create test cases based on business requirements
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate results
  • Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail
  • Facilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements
  • Enter non-conformances for items found outside the assigned task
  • Schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule and quality objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process/IT advancements
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Demonstrate business acumen with a deep knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization is necessary for success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, versatile, and capable of performing work independently.
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and text editor
  • Ability to use problem solving skills effectively
  • Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change.
  • Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing experience preferred in a business process environment.
  • FACS/Ontario Systems/Diver Platform experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree Preferred
