Business Process Analyst
The Business Process Analyst will evaluate, measure, document, and monitor business processes. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated test plans/models along with executing these processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop/implement solutions
- Develop test plans and create test cases based on business requirements
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate results
- Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail
- Facilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements
- Enter non-conformances for items found outside the assigned task
- Schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule and quality objectives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process/IT advancements
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches.
- Demonstrate business acumen with a deep knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization is necessary for success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be a self-starter, versatile, and capable of performing work independently.
- Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and text editor
- Ability to use problem solving skills effectively
- Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change.
- Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing experience preferred in a business process environment.
- FACS/Ontario Systems/Diver Platform experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
