Business Solution Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end business processes and system requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and testable requirements.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business process and system requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure system quality and performance.
- Identify, track, and manage defects with technical teams through to resolution.
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including user briefing and sign-off.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results, issues, and system behavior.
- Support project planning, prioritization, and tracking to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Support and drive ad-hoc MIS and digital transformation projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis and/or QA/testing roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in test case design, UAT coordination, and defect management.
- Familiar with testing tools or tracking systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
