Business Strategy & Intel Manager

Overview

The Business Strategy & Intel Manager will have an active role in monthly GM reporting and analysis for leadership review and decision support. He/she will be responsible for developing and improving the collection of non-CM information and the GM review processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights that help drive a variety of business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data analysis projects
• Create reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI, and Excel
• Conduct data modeling and data warehousing to structure data effectively for analysis and reporting
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business success and support decision-making
• Perform data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and Reports Team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
• Provide business analytics support to improve business processes and profitability

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business needs and data solutions
• Knowledge of data mining, data warehousing, and automation techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large data sets
• Good understanding of Financial modeling
• Familiarity with AI Tools for advanced data analysis is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings in a clear, actionable manner
• Certifications in business intelligence tools or data analytics (e.g., IBM Certified BI Analyst) is an advantage
