Business Systems Analyst - ERP

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst – ERP to join our IT / Solutions Team and support the successful implementation, transition and ongoing support of our ERP platform, Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine.

Initially, the role will support project activities including testing, training readiness, documentation, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare. Following Go-Live, the role will transition into ongoing functional support for users, business processes and related applications across the ERP environment.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in a major ERP transformation and help build long-term internal business systems capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting ERP testing activities including SIT, end-to-end testing, UAT, regression testing and post-fix retesting.
• Supporting defect and issue triage and Go-Live readiness checks.
• Assisting with test data preparation and validation of migrated data during testing cycles.
• Creating and maintaining user guides, work instructions, testing artefacts, known issue logs, support notes and knowledge base content.
• Providing first and second-line functional support for Infor CSI after Go-Live.
• Managing and triaging CSI incidents, service requests, access/security queries, data integrity concerns and recurring user issues.

This role suits candidates experienced in ERP systems, business applications, testing, support, business analysis or implementation environments, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Your background and skills:

• A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Systems, IT, Engineering, Business Analysis or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience supporting ERP business application testing, implementation and ongoing support, ideally with Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine.
• Ability to prepare test cases, support business users, document issues and maintain clear support artefacts.
• Testing, business analysis, service management or project delivery certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to understand business processes, system behaviour and data impacts.

This role may require travel to Windsor sites across New Zealand and occasionally Melbourne, Australia. Support outside normal business hours may be required during key implementation, Go-Live and operational support periods.
