Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst supports the administration, improvement, and day-to-day effectiveness of key business systems across Retail and Dining, with a primary focus on Workforce Management (Blue Yonder) and labor planning activities. This role serves as a key resource for workforce management processes, helping teams optimize scheduling, staffing, and labor planning to support operational goals and customer service. The Business Systems Analyst works closely with Operations, Finance, and field teams to ensure workforce tools and processes are easy to use, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
