Business Systems Manager
Are you a systems-focused professional who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and helping people get the most from technology?
We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our core operational systems, including our Transport Management System (TMS), reporting platforms, and customer-facing applications.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our core business systems, ensuring they are optimised, well-supported, and aligned with operational and customer needs.
What you'll be doing
Managing and optimising business systems and applications.
Leading system enhancements, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Shaping reporting, analytics, and business insights across the organisation.
Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Supporting and training users across the business.
Driving process improvements and automation opportunities.
Managing customer and system integrations.
Ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Working with software vendors and technology partners.
Lead and mentor the Revenue & Insights Analyst.
What you'll bring
Experience managing business systems, TMS (Transport Management System), CRM or similar platforms.
Experience within the transport, logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain sector would be highly regarded.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience delivering process improvement initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
Leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role.
