Raya FMCG, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Business Unit Manager/Sales Manager.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage the overall performance and P&L of the business unit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the product portfolio.
- Coordinate with marketing on branding, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports.
- Lead and develop the business unit team to achieve company objectives.
Skills description
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in FMCG.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in category management, business development, commercial, or sales management.
- Previous experience managing suppliers and launching new products is highly preferred.
