CAD DRAFTER

Responsibilities:

Prepare shop drawings based on approved working drawings.

Knowledge of reading Architectural, C&S and MEP services drawings.

Knowledge of checking shop drawing is an advantage.

Good to have knowledge of standards, guidelines, code of practice of local agencies in Singapore e.g., BCA, LTA , PUB etc

Able to liaise with others design disciplines.

Able to coordinate and be responsible for the quality of production of all submission drawings.

Supervise the production of 2D drawings with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.

Work under the supervision of Engineer and perform work task assigned.

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge in AUTOCAD drafting.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Experienced in working in a construction firm or in a design consultancy.
