Cafeteria Unit Manager

VVS Canteen is seeking a motivated, customer focused Food Service Manager to oversee functions of the employee cafeteria at the ­­­Pilgrim's Pride Plant Plant in Waco, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive food service experience, a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead 8-10 employees.

Job Duties:

• Oversee 8-10 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations.
• Follow weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers.
• Follow all Food Safety Protocol.
• Complete operation functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Compete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
