Call Center Coordinator
Reproductive Partners Medical Group is looking for a full-time Call Center Coordinator to join our growing team at our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location. This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues
- Resolve incoming calls to the best of your ability before creating a task
- Assist patients and attempt to answer questions, schedule appointments if needed, etc.
- Assist patients navigate EMR system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control
- Ability to display a strong sense of urgency
