Our center is open from 7:00am- 8:00pm EST and Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm EST
I. Job Summary
The Customer Service Rep I – This entry level role operates within a full-service National Accounts contact center, delivering end-to-end support for a wide range of customers across diverse and complex industries. As the primary point of contact, the representative manages customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, owning service requests from intake through completion. The role requires accurate execution, timely resolution, and consistent, seamless customer experience across all channels.

A. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1+ yr of Customer Service Experience
B. Preferred Qualifications
- 1 + yr Customer Service Experience in Contact Center or high volume service environment

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $17.50 - $23.64. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
