Capacity Planning Analyst (Logistics, West) #ESY

Responsibilities

· Identify bottlenecks andrecommend fixes (scheduling, staffing, equipment)

· Partner with production, planning, and manufacturing teams

· Report on utilization,through put, and capacity gaps

· Digitalization, Automation Projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Diploma , Operations, or related field.

• Some knowledge and Experience in manufacturing/production planning

• Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience a plus

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts

• Python , Macro , VBA , Some basic automation projects background.
