Capital Markets Research Analyst

You will research and analyze the FinTech and financial sectors with a focus on private capital markets. You will extract data, profile investors, manage proprietary databases, track investment trends, analyze term sheets, and deliver accurate results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze investor information and feedback on live transactions
• Conduct investor profiling and track private capital markets developments
• Research institutional investment platforms and map their strategies and capital pools
• Profile senior partners and deal leads
• Gather professional background and investment experience information
• Analyze term sheets and investor materials
• Manage and maintain investor databases
• Deliver assigned key result areas accurately and on time

Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in finance, research, and FinTech
• Knowledge of the global capital markets ecosystem, particularly private institutional investors, is a plus
• Excellent research and communication skills
• India-based candidacy
• B.Com (Hons.), BBA (Finance), or MBA (Finance)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
