Wage - $62,000 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of career services in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting counselling, career transition, and career preparation.
2. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of service to students. Prepare related reports.
3. Coordinate the activities of the student evaluation panel, scheduling, and monitoring.
4. Ensure that regular and special group meetings are conducted by counselors on a regular basis as indicated by PRH, and maintain proper records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree including 15 semester hours in social services-related instruction and five-year experience in counseling or related field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience working with youth and young adults, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
