Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to adults with severe and disabling mental illnesses as defined by the State of Montana.
- Case management services will be provided to assist these persons in gaining access to the following:
- -Medical Services
- -Social Services
- -Educational Services
- -Vocational Services
- -Recreational Services
