Category Manager Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for direct raw material commodities with annual spend exceeding $80M. Responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management. Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams to ensure reliable supply, optimize total cost of ownership, and support business objectives. Manage RFQ/RFP processes, drive strategic sourcing projects, negotiate commercial agreements, and track savings and performance metrics. Ideal candidates have procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to build effective supplier and stakeholder relationships.
