Category Manager (Internet E-Commerce/Chinese speaking)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of relevant categories in the Vietnamese market, including the formulation of industry strategies, product planning, business operation strategies, etc., responsible for the industry's sales goals and consumer experience upgrades;The categories include: 3C accessories, small appliances, Home decoration hardware;

2. Have high industry product sensitivity and the ability to understand industry trends, responsible for upstream brand docking, merchant operation, merchant targeted recruitment, business negotiation, etc.;

3. Determine the operation direction and plan of the responsible category, formulate the category operation strategy, and continue to explore & innovate the opportunity points for the achievement of operating indicators;

4. Be able to have a keen insight into changes in consumer users and market demand, and create a scene and ecology suitable for Vietnamese consumer groups, including quickly organizing supply.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of work experience in relevant positions, and experience in e-commerce platform operation is preferred;

2. Familiar with the selection of industry brands/commodities and the management of suppliers, with keen market response, trend grasp and forecasting ability, familiar with the development status of the industry market;

3. Possess rich brand/merchant resources, rich commodity knowledge and familiar with industry trends;

4. Adapt to the fast pace of the Internet, team management experience is preferred;

5. Strong planning, organization and communication skills, excellent project coordination and negotiation skills, good communication coordination and data analytics skills.
