Category Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Category Manager – Health & Wellness to lead the full category strategy across both offline and e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, supplier management, and inventory availability while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Category Management, preferably in Health & Wellness.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience working with ERP/forecasting systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
