CDD Risk Analyst
You perform periodic customer file reviews and monitor KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures. You analyze customer information, document material changes, improve workflows through automation, manage complex cases, guide customers through reviews, update procedures, contribute to solution testing, and support compliance projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic reviews of customer files according to KYC/CDD requirements
- Monitor KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures
- Collect and analyze customer information
- Document material changes to customer organizational structures, legal entities, and policies
- Drive workflow process improvements and automation
- Lead compliance, technology, and commercial projects
- Guide customers through the periodic review process
- Align requirements and customer experience with global teams
- Manage high-complexity casework autonomously
- Update SOPs and documentation
- Identify tooling gaps and contribute data insights for automation
- Support solution testing to reduce manual effort without increasing risk
- Coach new joiners and promote best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, or KYC
- Solid understanding of AML/CFT, CDD, and EDD concepts
- Extensive experience conducting CDD and EDD screening
- Ability to own projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Ability to conduct meetings, lead project discussions, deliver presentations, and interact with stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and commercial pushback
