Centre Administration & Customer Service Executive

WeTalk Singapore is looking for a warm, organised and dependable individual to support our reception desk and daily centre operations.
As the welcoming face of our Chinese enrichment centre, you will interact regularly with students, parents and teachers while helping to create a pleasant and well-organised learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
Welcome students, parents and visitors to the centre.
Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with course enquiries, registrations and general customer support.
Receive course fee payments, issue receipts and update payment records accurately.
Build positive relationships with students, parents and teachers.
Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment.
Centre Administration
Provide general administrative and operational support for the centre.
Maintain and tabulate student attendance using Microsoft Excel.
Update student information, class records and payment status.
Assist with class scheduling, enrolment documentation and filing.
Prepare classrooms and ensure the centre is ready for daily lessons.
Coordinate with teachers and colleagues on centre matters.
Support open houses, centre events and other activities.
Perform other centre-related duties as required by management.
Classroom & Teacher Support
Assist teachers during class times when required.
Help students settle into class and support classroom organisation.
Prepare, distribute and organise teaching materials.
Assist with attendance-taking and basic classroom coordination.
Support teachers in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or education-centre operations is preferred.
Good spoken and written English.
Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking students, parents and teachers.
Ability to read and write Chinese is required for handling Chinese-language class materials, messages and administrative records.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills for maintaining attendance, student and payment records.
Warm, approachable and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Comfortable wearing the company-provided uniform in a front-facing role.
Willing to assist teachers and students during class times.
Working Hours
Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00am–6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Monday, Friday and Singapore public holidays: Off
Five-day work week
Salary
S$2,600–S$2,800 per month,
Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and suitability.
