• Ensure implementation of financial regulations, policies, decisions, and instructions; develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals; oversee financial requirements, expected returns, and risk levels. • Coordinate with other departments to identify financial requirements, monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with financial policies, and submit recommendations to senior management. • Participate in developing the Finance Department's objectives and implement plans, programs, and projects while establishing performance measures to monitor achievement. • Supervise the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, closing accounts, accounting records, and ensure the accuracy of financial entries and compliance with accounting standards. • Oversee the preparation of financial performance summaries and reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, updates, and future initiatives.
