Change Manager – Cloud Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a significant cloud transformation programme.

The programme is focused on establishing a modern, stable and maintainable technology environment, including transitioning core systems and applications from on-premises infrastructure into the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

Working closely with business teams, technology specialists, vendors and senior leaders, you will help guide the organisation and its people through the transition and embed new ways of working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering the change management approach
• Completing stakeholder and change impact assessments
• Leading communications, engagement and readiness activities
• Supporting training, adoption and transition planning
• Identifying and managing resistance, risks and barriers to change
• Supporting benefits realisation and sustainable adoption
• Building trusted relationships across business and technical teams

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience delivering change across major technology, cloud or digital transformations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach
• Experience within government or another complex organisation
• The ability to operate across strategic planning and practical delivery
• Exposure to Microsoft cloud transformation environments would be advantageous
