Channel Program Manager
About the role
The Channel Program Manager is accountable for driving profitable growth in the channel by collaborating and aligning with Product Management (PM), Sales, and Marketing Communication to lead the implementation of the channel strategy and channel programs. They will maximize profitable growth with channel partners, in line with strategies of the LPM business and own the execution of the strategies related to our channel IL activation.
Key Responsibilities
This position is based on-site/hybrid in Mentor, Ohio.
Drive results and performance by building and executing short and long-term strategies for the ADLink partner program, including customer onboarding and membership expansion.
Assist in negotiating, managing, and implementing distribution agreements, rebate contracts, pricing programs, and optimum product positioning within target accounts.
Lead MDF and co-marketing decisions with channel partners, managing MDF spend and developing detailed annual budgets linked to revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Plan, implement, and track channel marketing strategies and communications in close cooperation with sales, product management, and marketing communications teams.
Manage and convert intelligent label (IL) opportunities into sales resources, launch/manage the PRM tool, and incorporate channel partner insights to refine commercialization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree with specialization in Marketing preferred.
7 to 10+ years of experience in marketing-related roles with knowledge of multi-stakeholder selling cycles.
Deep experience engaging with sales forces, interfacing across business functions, and influencing decision-making with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and project management skills with an established track record of achieving challenging goals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas, active listening skills, and willingness to travel 25%+ within the region.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $102,225 - $152,656/ year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
