Short description POSITION TITLE: Shift Supervisor EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Dining Division Position Summary The Shift Supervisor at Chick-fil-A DFW Airport is responsible for leading daily shift operations while ensuring excellence in food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest hospitality. In this leadership role, you will guide and support Team Members, maintain operational standards, and drive execution of Chick-fil-A’s “Winning Hearts Every Day” strategy. Shift Supervisors help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment by upholding food safety standards, monitoring service speed and accuracy, and creating a culture of genuine hospitality.
