Chief Information Security Officer / IT Security Manager
You will own IT security end to end, operate security processes, define cloud security requirements, manage threat detection and incident response, secure crypto custody and key management, align security with regulatory frameworks, support audits and licensing activities, communicate security risks, and build the security team.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the security function
- Set cloud-native security requirements
- Review cloud infrastructure configuration
- Run threat detection, monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Embed secure-by-design principles into the SDLC
- Manage custody controls, HSMs, wallet architecture, and key recovery
- Drive alignment with DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Support operational resilience and security audits
- Support FMA licensing activities
- Run the security awareness program
- Track security metrics and communicate risk posture
- Build and scale the security team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8 years of information or cyber security experience
- Cloud, product, and operational security knowledge
- Risk management and compliance framework knowledge
- CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or ISO 27001 certification preferred
- Crypto and key-management security familiarity
- Fluent English
- German proficiency preferred
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
