Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for an experienced COO to join an established international crypto company with around 500 employees.
This is an operational leadership role for someone with deep expertise in blockchain products and technology-driven businesses. The COO will lead operational teams, improve organisational effectiveness and help the company scale without continuously increasing headcount.
The role requires a strong understanding of how blockchain products, infrastructure and technical teams operate. The successful candidate will connect Product, Engineering and Operations, lead complex cross-functional initiatives and help build stronger blockchain expertise across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Lead Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support and strategic initiatives.
Improve structures, ownership, KPIs and team performance.
Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
Work closely with Product and Engineering on automation, efficiency and customer experience.
Develop strong leaders and build blockchain knowledge across operational teams.
Turn strategic priorities into clear projects and measurable business results.
Candidate profile
Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product or digital-assets company.
Strong practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure and transaction flows.
Experience managing several teams, ideally with a total scope of 50+ people.
Proven ability to improve efficiency, execution and business performance.
Experience leading projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect product decisions with customer value and revenue.
Able to explain complex blockchain concepts clearly and develop expertise within teams.
