Chinese & Arabic Speaking-Business Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive Chinese-speaking Business Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai.

This role will support the development of our Arabic-speaking content and business operations in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting Arabic-speaking talent, developing relationships with KOLs, coordinating hosts and content projects, and supporting the day-to-day execution of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for and recruit Arabic-speaking hosts, content creators and business partners through recruitment platforms, social media and local networks.

• Screen resumes, communicate with candidates, arrange interviews and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

• Identify and approach suitable Arabic-speaking KOLs and content creators.

• Conduct initial outreach, communicate cooperation plans, support commercial negotiations and follow up on partnership progress.

• Identify potential hosts from job seekers and KOL networks, complete initial screening and support onboarding.

• Coordinate the daily work of hosts, including scheduling, communication, task follow-up and issue resolution.

• Use Chinese, English and Arabic to support interviews, business communication, local resource coordination and project execution.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, KOLs, partners and local resources in the Middle East.

• Support the team during the early stage of the project and proactively identify resources and solutions to move projects forward.

Skills

• Native Chinese communication skills.

• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently search for candidates, KOLs and local business resources.

• Experience in recruitment, business development, KOL partnerships, talent management or host management is preferred.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, recruitment platforms and influencer marketing.

• Strong candidate screening and relationship management skills.

• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented working attitude.

• Able to adapt to an early-stage project environment and take ownership of tasks.

• Knowledge of the Middle East market or previous experience in the UAE is preferred.

• Experience in finance, fintech, media, livestreaming or content operations is an advantage.
