Cleaning Operation Manager
- Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations for assigned sites
- Assign work schedules and deployment of cleaning staff to clients
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards
- Handle client requirements, complaints and service requests
Perform QC checks and submit cleaning reports to clients - Ensure cleaning materials, equipment and PPE are well maintained
- Need to work on weekends/public holiday.
- Most of the time need to work late.
- Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities
- Computer literacy advantageous
- Willingly to travel island wide
- Work with members of other teams as required.
