CLEANING SERVICE MANAGER

Ensure adequate availability and proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
Monitor inventory and arrange timely replenishment of cleaning supplies.
Implement workplace safety and health procedures and ensure staff comply with them.
Prepare operational reports, inspection reports, and staff performance records.
Coordinate manpower allocation and replacement arrangements when required.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and management regarding operational matters.
Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to improve service quality and efficiency.
Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and applicable workplace regulations.
Manage emergency cleaning requirements and resolve operational issues promptly.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend training or corrective actions where necessary.
Support business development by maintaining good client relationships and identifying potential service opportunities.
