CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Services Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning teams, and ensure high service standards across residential and commercial sites.

This role suits someone who is operationally strong, people-oriented, and comfortable being on the ground when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites (residential / commercial)

Manage, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff

Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality meets company standards

Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Train new cleaners on SOPs, safety, and cleaning standards

Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and basic performance tracking

Coordinate cleaning equipment, supplies, and uniforms

Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, and workplace safety requirements

Prepare simple reports on operations, staffing, and issues

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years experience in cleaning operations or facilities management

Experience supervising cleaners or operations teams

Familiar with NEA cleaning standards and basic safety procedures

Strong communication and people-management skills

Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple sites

Willing to be hands-on and attend site issues when required

Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, scheduling apps, simple reports)

Added advantage:

Experience with commercial cleaning contracts

Experience managing foreign workers

Salary & Benefits

Salary: SGD $3,200 – $4,500 (commensurate with experience)
