What Youll Do:

• Own Client Relationships Be the go-to expert and trusted advisor for your portfolio.

• Drive Revenue Growth Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to surpass targets.

• Deliver Client Success Ensure seamless solution implementation & satisfaction.

• Think Strategically Partner across teams to build winning sales strategies.

• Understand Client Needs Anticipate challenges and go the extra mile.

• Analyze Metrics Track performance and provide insights to boost results.

• ️ Create Proposals Craft impactful proposals to win and retain business.

What Were Looking For:

• A Degree in Marketing or SLIM/CIM qualification

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT industry client account management

• Strong collaboration skills & customer-first mindset

• Working knowledge of IT platforms & technology

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
