Client Accounting Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a Client Accounting Supervisor for one of our Dubai-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring junior team members, and delivering exceptional accounting and tax advisory services. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting. • Review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. • Prepare and review VAT and Corporate Tax computations, filings, and related compliance requirements. • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, ESR, and UBO requirements. • Review financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and quality. • Provide guidance and advisory support to clients on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters. • Supervise, mentor, and support junior accounting team members while reviewing their work. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting and tax-related matters. • Prepare management reports and ensure all client deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. • ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA qualified or pursuing. • Previous experience within an accounting, audit, or professional services firm. • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. • Experience managing client portfolios and reviewing financial records. • Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred. • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in English.
