Client Executive Sales Trading
You will serve as the primary service contact for premium clients, respond to inquiries across multiple channels, coordinate issue resolution, maintain CRM records, monitor client satisfaction and retention risks, provide market updates and product education, and identify suitable cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary service contact for a premium client portfolio
- Respond to client inquiries, issues, and service requests
- Coordinate with Dealing, Product, and Operations teams
- Monitor client health indicators and escalate retention risks
- Maintain comprehensive client records in the CRM
- Contribute to team SLA performance and desk coverage
- Participate in desk coverage during trading hours and peak periods
- Conduct regular client check-ins
- Provide market updates, platform guidance, and product education
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Log opportunities for tracking
Requirements
- Experience in client service, account management, or financial services
- Understanding of trading products, platforms, and market dynamics
- Experience in regulated financial environments is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and service management tools
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong client-centric mindset and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication across phone, email, video, and messaging platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to build credibility with premium clients
