Client Services Analyst - French Speaking

You will support internal and external clients using analytics products, analyze trade data, create client presentations, contribute to sales and product initiatives, and use data, technology, and automation to improve operations. You will communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external clients using analytics products
• Analyze trade data for insights and actionable recommendations
• Create and deliver client presentations on transaction costs
• Create bespoke research projects
• Contribute to new sales initiatives
• Contribute to product initiatives
• Contribute to thought leadership content
• Use data, technology, and automation to improve operations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience, with financial institution experience preferred
• Strong academic background
• Business, Economics, or Data Analytics background preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to build interpersonal relationships
• Analytical and data-driven thinking
• Self-motivation and self-discipline
• Detail orientation
• Results orientation
• Team collaboration
• Programming experience is a plus, especially Python
• Fluency in French
